Hello Everyone!!! Welcome back to the channel! In this video, we fish Harties for the first time ever, in the middle of winter! I admit, my hopes were not high for this morning session, especially when we arrived and saw first hand how polluted the dam actually is. It's something you always hear about, but seeing it in person is completely different. Let's all be sure to not litter so we don't end up with so much trash in our other beautiful dams! Guys, it did not take long to find the fish, thanks to ‪@AmazingFishingAdventures‬ sharing some fantastic tips with us! My Dad got us off the mark with a healthy +-450g little guy... but from there on, it was only upwards! My first fish of the day, first fish in Harties and first fish on the incredibly effective Caffeine Shad was a 1.10Kg CHUNK! What a way to start the day! Before this trip, my 2024 Bass PB was around 700g... :( On this day, I caught a 800g, 1.10Kg, 1.20Kg and a 1.59Kg... all on the KVD CAFFEINE SHAD!!! We ended the day with a bag of 5.97Kg!
