I redid a cover from 2010 because I love this song and wanted to see how I've improved since then. First thing I noticed is being able to it in the original key now. It used to be way too high for me! I think it's neat to do these sorts of comparisons because sometimes it feels like I haven't gotten anywhere and I haven't improved at all. Sometimes it just helps to remind myself that progress has been made, and that if I keep working hard I'll be able to grow even more.
