Overview of the pre-built CMDB Server Assessment package built using Checklist Pro to allow Groups (managed_by_group) or Users (managed_by) that manage Servers (cmdb_ci_server records) a means to create a checklist of servers managed by the respective user or group. The user (or group) will receive an email notification when the scheduled job runs to do the assessment. The email will contain a convenience link to go directly to the Checklist Assignment record. A "Checklist" menu option will appear in the Service Portal if any user or group has a Checklist Assignment. The user/group reviews the checklist of servers to ensure it is accurate. Any server not being managed by them should be unchecked, while those servers that are managed by them should remain checked. If additional servers need to be added, simply find the server in the "New Server" selection list and then click the "Add Server" button and the server will be added to the list. Once the review is complete, click the "Complete" button and you're done.
