Every year, nearly 10 lakh people write Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC. But only a few passes through it among them only 100 people get selected to serve as IAS officers .R V Karnan is currently the District Collector of Khammam district, Telangana. In spite of his failures in the first two attempts of the Civil Service exam, Karnan did not lose his hope and cleared the exam in his 3rd attempt. In this video, Karnan explains how he cleared the exam by studying only for 2 to 3 hours since he was working as an IFS officer at a small village during his preparation. Karnan also gives advice to all the IAS aspirants and UPSC aspirants to not lose hope during this Corona pandemic time.
