♥ As it was hard and boring to watch a 1.5 hour show for each session with listening to translator in a foreign language for half of it that is even not necessary for most of us, I've decided to edit and cut that parts which translator speaks and fix some of the audio disbalances so you may watch it all , enjoy and don't get bored at all. This seminar were at Venice during the "International Satyananda Yoga Festival" from 19 to 21 May 2006 and title was : Living Yoga ( "Vivere lo Yoga” ) This series of my uploads include 3 sessions of satguru Swami Niranjanananda the successor of Satyananda Saraswati, founder of bihar school of yoga and Satyananda Yoga • First session (1/3) has many subjects like : some basic yoga theories and philosophies for understanding yoga and practice , levels and categories that yogic practitioner go into in their yogic journey and etc + some preparatory speaks for further sessions … • Session (2/3) has more practical term than other two sessions, it has guides about how to deal with life situations and how to apply yogic techniques , even in work office with little time and room or other place or situations that we may get caught into + explaning a very strong and fast way to practice every day to get rid of many negative mental/psychic attacks of our everyday life and build strong shields and repair them every day and get better and stronger psyche and attitude for those situation in everyday life too… + Gayatri and Mahamrityunjaya mantra effects explained and chanted in its proper rhythm and manner … • Session 3/3 : Swami Niranjanananda talks about many aspects of yoga and life + explain them very deep and simple and practical … 😊 My resource for these edits and uploads was youtube itself and I didn't ordered or edited from original DVD (which seems you can order from here : https://www.ilgiardinodeilibri.it/dvd...)
