For years we have wanted to take our dog cycle touring with us. This is our solution. The bikes were built for a long trip around Scotland, but this was cancelled due to Covid, So this is our first proper trip out on them. I modified the Big Dummy to carry the quick release dog carrier and 4 small rear cycle panniers. Lucy the dog still needs plenty of exercise, so the route takes in plenty of tracks so she can walk while we push. The longest day was 50 miles. One night was on a campsite, the rest were wild camping.
