This was a great little project that I've been meaning to get to for a long time. I should've mentioned in the video that if you don't have access to a milling machine with a slitting saw I'd just manage with an angle grinder. I'd clamp a guide to keep the cut square. A diamond cut off wheel should be about 1.5mm and would be a good option. Have a great Christmas and I'll see you in the New Year. As always I'm happy to answer any questions.
