Drawing on their success in China, Vivian Song discusses the importance and prevalence of indoor and outdoor parcel lockers in America, and more specifically, Columbus, Ohio. As a new method of last mile delivery, parcel lockers are convenient, practical, and easily accessible in today’s modern world. Song highlights the problems, solutions, and extreme advantages of these parcel lockers, and how America would truly benefit from their widespread implementation. Vivian Song was born and raised in Nanning, China. She is currently a third-year undergraduate student studying Logistics Management at Fisher College of Business.
