For the AH-94, when you lock onto a target with the radar, you can press Slave to slew the TADS to the target. Older aircraft do not have sensor fusion features, so the TGP cannot be automatically slewed to a radar-locked target. You can only press GPS-A to slew the TGP to a GPS-acquired target.
