This is the first video in the video series on introduction to DHS data analysis using R. These R video series are for DHS users who are new to R or new to using R for DHS data, but is not intended to be an in-depth tutorial for learning R. Before you begin, you must have R and R studio downloaded to your computer. You can download the free version to use for your analysis. To download R please go to: https://cran.r-project.org/ To download R studio please go to: https://posit.co/downloads/ The videos use the DHS model dataset which are example datasets created for users to practice analysis using DHS data. The datasets do not represent any actual country’s data. Please download the ZZIR62dt.zip folder here: https://www.dhsprogram.com/data/Downl... You should unzip this folder and save the ZZIR62FL.dta data file in your working directory folder.
