Mammaw’s Macaroni Salad - A Family Heritage Recipe Great for Cookouts, Holidays, and Potluck Meals.

Mammaw’s Macaroni Salad 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1/3 cup pickle relish 1/4 cup sweet salad cubes 1/2 cup sliced green olives 1 small onion, diced 1 medium green pepper, diced 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced 1 boiled egg, chopped 1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or more to your liking) 1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing (or more to your liking) Cook the macaroni and drain completely.
