A new killer has emerged in Gotham City that has a taste for blood and riddles. Two detectives, Renee Montoya and Eric Cohen are tasked with finding this killer before more victims fall prey to his sick game. During their hunt, they come across a familiar vigilante who causes Montoya to question her morals as a police officer.
