Traceless Facelift On A 47-year-old Female | Before and After | Dr. David Stoker

Dr. David Stoker, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Los Angeles. I'd love to share with you one of my before and after pictures of a Traceless facelift, as well as pan facial rejuvenation on a 47-year-old woman. We see that in her preoperative photographs, she has a rounder face. It makes her appear somewhat overweight. She has significant acne scarring around her mouth and along her jawline. She has very beautiful eyes, but you can't really see them because she's got a significant amount of hooding on the upper eyelids. And she has very puffy cheeks, again, giving the impression that she's much heavier than she actually is. She wanted help with all of these things and I was quite happy to do so. I performed a Traceless face and neck lift using my signature procedure for a very dramatic improvement, but a really discreet, natural-appearing result. I performed buccal fat pad reduction to reduce the fat in her cheeks to give her a leaner, more angular appearance. I performed upper eyelid surgery to remove that upper eyelid skin that was preventing light from getting into her eyes to allow them to sparkle when the sunlight hits them. And lastly, I performed fractional carbon dioxide laser surfacing. Each of these components in our pan facial rejuvenation added to the result to give a consistent, homogenous, natural-appearing result. I don't think anybody looks at these pictures suspecting that she had plastic surgery.
