I decided to go out on a mini camp only less than a mile away from the car yet seems the opposite. I got the right evening for it and such a lovely morning. In this video I am reviewing the first ever tent I pitched in my life. Also the tent that got me into this hobby. Hope you enjoy learning about the Solway coast. Something different from the highlands. Castle Point itself is the site of an ancient Roman fort on a headland at the estuary of the river Urr. The headland provides panoramic views across to the Lake District, the Isle of Man, Heston Island, Rough Island and up the estuary to Kippford. This is a very informative video.
