A brilliant movement sequence to improve the flexibility as well control of the middle and upper back. This is something easily lost in today's office society where people have to sit for many hours per day. A well flexible upper back is helpful in many ways. This lesson is suitable for people with shoulder condition like frozen shoulder, impingement, or post surgery, who might not be able to place their hands behind their heads. I suggest to take a rest after the lesson, or at least take it easy, because the changes might be big and can feel unfamiliar. Also, a freshly mobilised chest and upper/middle back can easily be overworked due to the new possibilities and thus feel sore.
