FILMING a professional commercial with the SONY A7IV this is the first commercial I have filmed with the sony a7iv and boy it did a great job. I did have a few troubles but that was mainly due to my planning. the 4k 50fps with the crop caught me off guard and forced me to shoot on another day. Overheating is an issue a lot of people are getting but I still haven't gotten this issue yet. Have you? Overall I am very happy with the performance in this particular shoot with the Sony A7IV. The best features were the focus mapping, autofocus tracking, focus breathing compensation for the GMaster lenses and the APS-C crop mode in full frame 4k.
