The original Mini seals are made from a rubber which becomes hard and brittle over time, resulting in them failing. THE SOLUTION We have developed our own profiled sealing strip designed to be fitted to your OEM chrome trims. Our seal enables you to renew the rubber seal on these chrome trims. Saving the vast expense of replacing the chrome trims, these are extremely expensive from BMW and used parts will have the same fault. Our seal is unique in the market and designed specifically for this fitment. Uniquely our seal has a "skirt" to cover all of the original seal. Some suppliers supply just rubber to replace the top section of the OEM seal that fails, this does not address the issue of the rest of the seal looking bad.
