This is a classic chinese home dish made with affordable ingredients. Steamed eggs with treasures underneath… minced shrimps, corn kernels and sweet diced onions. Simple and homey. Ingredients: 2 Eggs 3 pcs Shrimps or more 1 cup of lukewarm water 1/2 tsp chicken powder 1/2 tsp salt A dash of white ground pepper 3 Tablespoons diced Onions 3 Tablespoons diced Carrots 3 Tablespoons Whole Corn Kernels For more flavour combine 1 Tsp Light Soy Sauce and 1 Tsp Sesame Oil and pour on top of Steamed Egg. Feel free to decorate your steamed eggs. You can put spring onions on top, too!
