Fighting against german ace Iceman

I was flying La5FN protecting friendly bombers.. I did poor job at that.. I spot enemy 109 in time but couldnt catch it in time.. Becouse of that we lost lot of good men.. In the end I didnt want that german to enjoy his victory so at all costs I was determined to shoot him down.. The way he was switching his targets and manouvering I knew he was an ace. In the end luck, better fighter on my part gave me the victory. Still salute to the german ace and my fallen comrades..
