200 Million Airbags Manufactured in Poland (English Subtitles) | Autoliv

When we celebrated 100.000.000 (yes, one hundred millions!) produced airbags in 2018, nobody was expecting another 100.000.000 to be produced in such a short period of time. In 2022, Autoliv Poland reached the major milestone of producing 200 million airbags for vehicles worldwide. This is a great achievement of the entire Autoliv Poland team. Thanks to their implementation of significant changes to our production halls and a perfect synergy between teams and development projects, this was made possible. Today, Autoliv Poland employs more than 2750 people, and out of those 1600 are working directly in the APA Plant which produces 100.000 airbags per day on 162 lines! We are very proud to produce safety products that save thousands of people’s lives every year.
