At the time of this recording, this watch was easily available for about $20 up to about $28. There is also a gold tone version of this watch for about $40 up to about $50. The watch is water resistant (but does not carry a rating beyond that, such as 5 Bar or 50 Meters). This watch uses module 3234 with a lithium CR2025 battery which should last an amazing 10 years. The quartz technology means it can remain accurate to within 30 seconds per month. It appears to have a chrome-plated plastic bezel on the front but the back of the case also appears to have some metal components. The bracelet is metal and is easily sized to my 7-and-a-half-inch wrist, but it probably won't fit well on larger wrists. Casio's website appears to treat this as a "Youth" watch. In the normal timekeeping mode this shows the day of the week, the time (in 12-hour or 24-hour mode) along with the month and date. Other modes include Alarm/Hourly Signal, Stopwatch (up to 24 hours) and Dual Time mode. This watch has a green LED backlight which shines up from the lower-left corner of the display. ...and then there's the modification that you may-or-may-not want to try which will enable a Countdown Timer mode. It's not too easy but, then again, not too difficult. Casio doesn't tell you about that modification but YouTube does!
