RUGGED AND SPACE EFFECTIVE DESIGN What makes the COROB™ FIRST 70 immediately stand out is its exterior professional look, combined to being extremely strong and at the same time, adaptable for the many retail environments that can be found in the paint industry. The COROB™ FIRST 70 is available in two frame sizes, one that can host up to 12 colorants with clear benefits on the required footprint, while the bigger frame is designed for a colorant set of up to 16. OPERATING AT ITS BEST This dispenser represents an ideal machine solution for stores where low to medium paint volumes are tinted. The COROB™ FIRST 70 is suitable for universal, water and solvent- based colorants, and up to 16 colorants can be accommodated. Special heat treated lids for the canisters are available when solvent based colorants need to be dispensed. Volumetric dispensing is provided, based on COROB’s patented bellow pump technology, with automatic programmable stirring of colorants. Low or no VOC colorants are handled in an optimal way, as the capping system of the nozzles closes tightly and seals from the surrounding air, eliminating the risk of frequent drying. PERFORMANCE The COROB™ FIRST 70 comes in two main versions: a sequential ‘cost conscious’ type, or, on the other hand a ‘performance’ oriented simultaneous unit. The simultaneous unit is based on 4G control management technology. SERVICE FRIENDLY All the electronic components are placed in the front part of the machine, accessible through the lower opening panel, while the bigger front panel reveals the nozzle, piping and valve area with the removal of very few screws.
