Welcome to this weeks woodturning video. Woodturning - A Little Something Different In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a slab of kiln dried oak into a small three legged stool for my son. When woodturning a piece like i find it important to nibble away at it until I see what shape the wood wants to be, this is what is so enjoyable about woodturning. big log to bowl (little bowl) but i find removing the wood in layers allows me to find the best possible shape.
