It contains plenty of new enemies, brothers, perks, magic, origins, etc. You can even play as the skeletons, a necromancer or even a druid, amongst many other starts. The sub-mods; Battle Sisters and Dynamic Perks adds a lot of variety to the game (World Economy and Theriantrophy are still a work in progress).
