I'm going to be honest with you, the announcement of a Yooka-Laylee remaster has elicited more of a response out of me than anything else that's been announced this summer (so far). I'm psyched about Summer Game Fest stuff, though. Metaphor Re:Fantazio is going to be a banger. I'll also play that Sonic Generations remaster thing because dang it that original game is all time great. Should go into a hall of fame. I should do a hall of fame. ANYWAY. Topics in this video include: Yooka-Laylee, Yooka-Replaylee, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Super Mario 64, A Hat in Time, level design, and guiding the player through your landscape. Side quest: I tried something new and captioned this video. I don't know that I'll be able to maintain that moving forward as I am the only person involved in making these videos (beyond bits of help here and there). I'd like to, but it adds a significant amount of time to the production process.
