Ingredients: 125g unsalted butter (softened), caster sugar, and dark chocolate (chopped) 250g Rich Tea biscuits (broken up into small pieces) 125g heavy cream and more dark chocolate (chopped) Recipe: * Mix your butter and caster sugar together until light and fluffy * Add in your melted dark chocolate and the biscuits and mix everything together * Put it into your cake pan and let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour * Bring the heavy cream to a simmer and pour it over the rest of thedark chocolate, then mix until combined * Spread the chocolate ganache around the cake and top with chocolate shavings * Let cool at room temperature and enjoy! #shorts #queen #dessert
