The English Telegraph, Deformed Petals and The Greenhouse.

As I work in my greenhouse, I noticed some deformed petals on some English Telegraph cucumbers. Whether the trait is initially inherited through genes or whether it is expressed based on environmental stressors, I have noticed that the fruit that I save that has the deformed flower trait will produce seed that produces fruit with deformed flower petals. In order to avoid the deformed petal trait, I rouge the deformed female flowers and only hand pollinate with healthy-looking male flowers. After looking at all of the English Telegraph cucumbers I am growing from three different sources, I show the current state of my greenhouse and the surrounding plants.
