Filmed in July 2022 British Airways was the only European Airline that stayed true and loyal to the A380 during the pandemic and that’s why I was super happy to get a chance to fly on it. It is an extremely smooth, quiet, and comfortable aircraft and is always to spend time on. (especially for long flights) Overall the flight service was up to par with what’s offered by the competition. The only major complaint I have is that British Airways lost a very high-value and important bag of mine and the support I got from the airline was horrible. The people at the airport couldn’t give me a straight answer to any of my questions and the staff on the phone were outright rude to me. I still don’t have my bag nor do I have any financial compensation even though I have filed a claim for a lost bag. Overall, I just find this to be poor customer service and I hope that British Airways can clean up their act in that respect.
