こんにちは。tomoです。 見てくださってありがとうございます。 家庭によって生活リズムは本当に様々ですよね。 我が家は平日でも、2パターンあります。 今回のルーティンのように、家で少し仕事をするだけの日は、 おやつを作る心と時間に余裕があり、猫ともたんまり遊びます。 朝から、仕事が出先の日は、16時に帰宅することが多いので、 そこから、洗濯しつつ、幼稚園のお弁当箱や水筒を洗って 掃除して 娘と遊びつつ 夜ご飯作って 作ってる最中に洗濯物干して 猫にご飯あげて というように、ぎゅっと詰まった感じです。 時間が無い時こそ、自分が楽になる方法を知ることが大事。 私は、ご飯は、ちゃんと作らないと反対にストレスになるので、丁寧に作りたい人間。 でも、掃除や片付けは、ちゃっちゃとしてしまいたい。 だから、 物を少なくすると、片付けが楽になるし、 床に物を置かないと、掃除機が楽になるし、（子どものおもちゃは散乱しますが） 置き場所を決めると、みんなで片付けできるし 身の回りをシンプルにすることで、少しずつ、自分を楽にしてあげていると思う、今日この頃です。 『今日のニャンコ』 家事を一緒にしてくれる猫ちゃんたち。 何してるの？遊んでるの？ きっと、猫は、私は、遊んでいると思っているんだろうな（笑） それでは、素敵な一日を！また遊びに来てくださいね。 動画がちょっとでもいいなと思われたら、Goodボタン👍&チャンネル登録してくださると嬉しいです。 🐿 Instagram👇   / cgjbbkraztz   🧶Twitter👇   / oneness_tomo   🐈楽天room👇 https://room.rakuten.co.jp/room_13ab2... .......................................................... Hey, everyone. Thanks for tuning I’m Tomo. The rhythm of life really varies from family to family. Our family has two patterns, even on weekdays. On days when I just do a little work at home, like this routine, I have time to make snacks. I have enough time and energy to make snacks and play with the cat. On days when I have to go to work in the morning, I usually get home at 4pm. From there, I do the laundry, wash the kindergarten lunch boxes and water bottles, and I clean the house. While playing with my daughter I cook dinner. Dry the laundry while I'm cooking. Feed the cat. I feel like I have a lot of time on my hands. When you don't have time, it's important to know how to make things easier for yourself. I'm a person who likes to cook my meals carefully, because if I don't, I get stressed out. But when it comes to cleaning and tidying up, I like to do it quickly. That's why The less stuff I have, the easier it is to clean up. If you keep things off the floor, vacuuming becomes easier (although the kids' toys get scattered). If we decide where to put things, we can clean up together. I think that by simplifying my surroundings, I'm making things easier for myself little by little. 『The cats today.』 The cats who do the housework with me. What are they doing?
