I resized the game before starting this run, and I guess I forgot to adjust its size in OBS, so the right and bottom edges are a little cut off. All the UI should still be visible, except for a bit of text at the bottom of the map screen. Super dumb mistake to make, I just didn't notice until I was trimming the video. New Stuff: 2:00 — Instead of flying through the canyon, you can use a combination of Goat Jumps, Inventory Jumps, and Map Jumps to jump over the wall and fly straight to the sheep. Nice way to feature all three of the new types of jumps we've found recently. 4:19 — This new route takes advantage of some things we've learned recently about how Sam's pathfinding works. We get him stuck on a sheep long enough to hop the fence, then walk along the fence to keep him in close-range mode for a few more seconds. Once he goes back to long-range pathfinding, you only have a few seconds before he catches up to you, but walking along the fence delays that moment long enough to place the sheep on the elevator before you get got. 4:37 — The only reason we're able to use the sleeping sheep (which doesn't respond to lettuce or buttons) is because we're now able to Inventory Jump here instead of using the elevator, so we can just grab the sheep. 6:57 — The void-water was cool, but we realized it's possible to just jump straight across to the second mailbox. This glitch has existed on PS1 for years, and now we can finally do it on the PC version. 11:20 — Turns out there's a thin strip where you can just... walk across here. Who knew. 13:52 — New three-lettuce route, saves a few seconds over the old route. 15:01 — After a lot of rerouting, Level 8 has gotten a complete overhaul. We use our fancy new jumps to go straight to the bull and take care of it first. Then, we start jumping to the heavens to cut straight into Sam's area. Saves a good bit of time, and it's really fun. 15:25 — Gossamer foreshadowing 22:51, 23:36 — Couple of small improvements in the jumps here. 24:53 — New and improved route to get past the ghosts. 27:50 — Level 13 got a big overhaul as well. No more minefield. You can just jump straight across into Sam's area and skip that whole ordeal. 31:02 — We figured out how the kill zone works here and found a way to get past the train without having to slow down and sneak. 31:31 — Planet X got a whole new route that makes use of all the new jumps. Several aliens have a whole new route, and others just got their orders shuffled around. We also abuse the checkpoint/respawn system more than before. With this route, we avoid all of the respawn zones in order to warp all the way back to Marvin the Martian at the end. There's a slightly better route than this, but it's way more risky so I held off this time. Biggest Areas to Improve: Level 4 — I lost a bit of time jumping over to the second mailbox. Level 10 — It’s a bit faster to fire the cannon left, then straight, but it also introduces another chance to mess up your aim. I played it safe and gave up a few seconds. Level 11 — I ran along the catwalk instead of taking the newer, faster route. Cost a few seconds, but I’m still working on getting consistent with the new route. Level 12 — I took two tries on the jump out of the ghost area, missed the landing next to the lettuce, accidentally aggro’d Sam, and dropped down into the end of the maze instead of running across. Lots of little stuff that could be fixed. Level 13 — I missed the first Map Jump and had to try again, and also had to talk to Yosemite Sam a few times to get him to start walking. I also took two tries to load the sheep into the cannon. Planet X — I went with a slightly slower route here, probably cost me 5-10 seconds. I’m just not confident in the Infinite Jump over the void that the faster route requires. I also lost a bit of time by taking the slower way up to the boulder martian, and by triple jumping up to the last martian instead of landing next to it. We finally broke the 35:XX barrier, TBD if 34:XX is possible. There's at least another 45-60 seconds left to take off if you take the optimal route and do everything perfectly.   / discord
