Tone and Lift Upper Eyelids with Face Yoga, Boost Collagen and Improve Hooded Upper Eyelids

✨In this video, I show you my favourite face yoga exercise to tone and lift upper eyelids easily and quickly, especially if you have any issue with droopiness of the skin in the upper eyelids, hooded upper eyelids and want to improve collagen in the skin around the eyes. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸! 💟 As we hit our 40s, the collagen production slows down and the levels in the body start dropping, which can coincide with the perimenopause and menopause changes that occur, this in turn reflect in how our faces look and feel. The muscles around the eyes tend to get weaker and because the skin is so much thinner around the eyes than the rest of the face, we need to be careful how we work with the eyes. The eye muscles will benefit from a strengthening and brightening routine, such as what I'm gonna show you in this video - with a special focus on the upper eyelids because this is where we might see the ageing effects more visible. ➡️ Please make sure you have moisturised the area around the eyes, with some serum or a cream beforehand (no oil please). 📌 Repeat daily, 6 days a week until the desired results are achieved. Then maintain 3-4 times a week or whenever your upper eyelids need a boost!
