Right "off the plane" - this was my first workout and of course, I wanted to do CHEST (My favorite body part to train). As you see - I was just going for a crazy pump, using my Hyperemia Advantage Training and Supplementation System...I really didn't plan to pose for the camera...but I felt my chest was 'exploding' - so I decided to check it out... Many people believe that the only way to true hypertrophy is "go heavy or go home", heavy-duty principles using progressive overload, heavy weights and going beyond muscular failure (force reps)...stimulating Miofibrilar Hypertrophy...and that light weights, giant-sets and similar doesn't do nothing (Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy Specifics)... Well, after 4 decades of training I can tell you that PUMP is, without a doubt, extremely anabolic and that regardless if you will do heavy weights or not (I still mix them up and do couple of exercises heavy) - you should absolutely try to achieve maximal pump as well - doing this type of training. Try it and see what happens.
