Pecan Candy/Pralines Ingredients: Pecans Butter Evaporated milk Vanilla Sugar Directions: 1. In a pot melt 1 stick of butter. 2. Once the butter has melted, add 2 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 12 oz of evaporated milk. 3. Stir continuously on a medium heat. 4. Once the mixture begins to thicken, add 1 cup of pecans. Continuously stir. 5. Remove from heat once the mixture is thick, smooth, and not runny. 6. Place spoon fulls on parchment paper. 7.
