Created 30 years ago by Peter and Aletta Stas, the brand has gained international recognition by manufacturing nice and elegant watches, with interesting complications and luxurious appeal, for a reasonable price. Frederique Constant is also now a proper manufacture, capable of producing its own in-house movements in its recently Geneva-based manufacture, ranging from time-only automatic watches, to the signature open-heart pieces or the ultra-complex but still accessible tourbillon perpetual calendar.
