Crosville is definitely a company that means a lot of different things to different people. It operated city services, works services, town services, rural services as well as open top buses and long distance express routes. I used to own a Crosville bus, a Leyland engined Bristol VR FTU392T which I still maintain is the fastest Bristol VR I've ever driven!
