Sky News host Andrew Bolt has slammed Professor Marcia Langton as a “race baiter” after she claimed the ‘No’ campaign is based on “racism” or “sheer stupidity”. The professor’s controversial comments were made during a forum hosted by Edith Cowan University after being asked why so many Australians were undecided on the referendum. “Every time the No cases raise their arguments, if you start pulling it apart, you get down to base racism – I’m sorry to say that’s where it lands – or sheer stupidity,” Professor Langton said. Mr Bolt claims the professor knows the Voice is “doomed” and has now “thrown her toys out of the cot”. “Langton – a professor at Melbourne University, mind you – has a terrible record for calling people racist when she can't win an argument,” he said.
