It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be checking out this trail kitchen from MORryde. Now, there's two different versions of this. There's a version that has a stove tray. And there's this version that we're talking about today that has a compartment. You can lift this up and store things inside, but the top is a nice cutting board like surface. So you can actually prep your food here. If you're using a campfire off to the side, you don't need the grill. You can prep your food or put your done food here and have your refrigerator with you too. Let's check it out. This is very useful, if you're already carrying this stuff with you, if you already have a fridge in the back, and you have limited space. This is a good way to kinda give it a designated spot in the back of your Jeep. That way it doesn't move anywhere. It stays right here on this tray. It holds it nice there, and then, you have that extra counter space too, 'cause you're going to need that, you know, when you're out there cooking, prepping your food, or when it's done, somewhere to set things down. And this gives you that extra spot for not only the fridge, but the countertop, but then, when you're not using it, it goes all back in there, nice and neat. You don't even have to lift anything out and move it around. Plus, it doesn't take up the whole backseat. You can still put your power station right there, or load up whatever you want next to it. Everything has its nice, neat spot. It all works on this track system. So you can see it's all pulled out here, and it locks into place as you pull it out or push it in. So right now, I've locked that one into place. You see, I can't push it in or move it at all. You have a lever here. You just push down. You can slide into place, and now, it's gonna lock in right there at the end. So I can't pull it back out, because it's locked into place. Pushing that down, slide it back out, and if you stop here, it's not locked in. You can see it moves back and forth still, but you pull out like that, it locks into place. It glides really easily, along those tracks, and both of them latch in. I can pull and show you it's not gonna come out on you when you're driving around. Let's say, you're going up a hill, or something you have to worry about, as long as it's locked into place, it's not gonna slide back on you. It also works independently. So if you just wanna pull out this, and use this as a top, you can. That way, maybe you don't need full access to the fridge, maybe you're just, again, prepping your food, or as simple as you need somewhere to set your drink, you can set it right here, use the table, and everybody's kinda hanging out over here in their chairs. With this version of the trail kitchen, you also can add some accessories onto it. Let me show you. We can open it up, which is usually used as storage. We can bring this part out, and that helps stabilize the extra counter space, like that. We also have another piece that'll act as even more counter space. Let me get this re-setup. So this folds out like that, installs on the side here, just put these in the hole there, then, slide it over and that'll keep it in place. So you can push down, and it won't pop back out. Now, we can open this up, fold it out, and we've added a bunch more counter space to use for whatever you need. Another neat thing is that you can use this as storage too, even with this folded in. So you can see our cutting board and our peppers are in there, but I can still fold this in, push in our support, and close it down. It doesn't interfere with the storage space. So it's not like you have to make a choice, whether you're gonna use that or use it for storage. You may notice that the countertop is a little shiny, and that's all of the tops that we have here. And that's because it's FDA approved so you can just go ahead and straight up chop vegetables on this top. It's not gonna collect any bacteria or any moisture. So that won't harm you. It's made to do that. Then, something I'd wanna know is how sturdy it is. So we have two cups here. You use a knife, you probably won't use a knife this hard, but I'm just hitting the top, just showing you that, this cup's sliding a little bit. This one's got more of a rubber bottom to it, but it's very sturdy. You're not gonna have the whole thing bouncing up and down on you as you use it. Top side, there's just something I wanna give you a heads up about that we found when we we're messing with it is it does have tie-down points here. You can see we have two different straps.
