Our first guest from the world of soccer is Ansley Atkinson, a graduate of DeLaSalle and Creighton University. In high school, Ansley led the Islanders in scoring and assists for several season, earning the school's distinguished Athena Award as a senior. In college, she was leading the NCAA in assists as a senior before an ACL injury took her out of the running. However, it didn't take her out of the sport for good. She returned the following year and has stayed active since her college days, playing for Salvo SC in the WPSL.
