King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia held three-days of celebration for his birthday at his riverside palace. He received well-wishers including his son, National Assembly President, Prince Norodom Ranariddh, and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen. Observers described the celebrations as low-key.
