Insert Rods A horizontally in base. 2. Tighten 4 small screws. Insert the wheels in base. 3. Insert Rods B vertically in base and hand connector 4. Insert Rods C horizontally in hand connector 5. Insert Rods B vertically in hand connector Insert Rod C horizontally in Hand connector 6. Insert hanger connector in top hand connector vertically. Insert hangers in hanger connectors. 7. Install the 4 wings in hand connector using big bolts and nuts 8. Flip out the wings and lock them by pushing them horizontally. Congrats! Your drying rack is ready to be used.
