Hi guys! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Yesterday I shared some exciting news on my Instagram Stories! Upcoming weeks I will be spending in the south of Italy, in the region Puglia, with the two super talented Michelin star Chefs Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Poti in their restaurant Bro's . I am gonna learn about the Italian cuisine, cooking techniques, flavors and hopefully much more! I am so excited for this new adventure! The reason why this felt like a big decision for me was because it felt like I had to leave a lot of this behind in the states. Travel is not as easy at the moment but this was an opportunity I couldn't say no to! I was kinda nervous and exciting for this trip but while I was in the car on the way to the airport I took a deep breath and just realized how much fun new adventures are and how much I can learn and grow as a person. I arrived last night and it started off with a feast pizza dinner in the restaurant. IT WAS DELICIOUS! WAUW, I am so happy to be back in Italy. Anyway for todays video I have another What I eat in a Day with some of my favorite summer recipes.
