It was probably the best decision he could’ve made as he fit in perfectly. At Alabama, he probably would’ve sat behind Heisman finalist Tua Tagovailoa & serviceable backup Jalen Hurts. In his one season at Wazzu, Minshew threw for over 4000 yards & threw 36 touchdowns. He played just as well as Luke Falk, who lead the Cougar offense the previous 3 seasons. For a while, there wasn’t a more popular player in all of college football, as he took the CFB world by storm with his play & style. His mustache was a big hit among Washington State fans. Against Arizona, he broke the school record with 7 touchdown passes in one game. Minshew is an NFL prospect that might be intriguing to some NFL teams.
