In this video, the Mooney gets polished and ceramic coated by AlphaJet Aircraft Detailers. While I try to keep my plane hangared and clean, the paint really needed a good polish. The added benefit of ceramic coating will protect the paint for years to come and make it easier to clean in the future. If your plane lives outside, this is a must! While I take a fairly hands-on approach to aircraft ownership and maintenance, the amount of time required to do a job like this was more than I could dedicate. The Mooney is 23ft long, 8ft high, 35ft wide, top, and bottom… you start to see that this is no small task. I was very happy to hand this off to the experts at AlphaJet.
