During his stay in the temple, he recorded several videos to help and guide you through your practice. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 15-minute Guided Meditation Session (interval) This 3x5-minute interval training is highly effective for strengthening your mind. In addition, you will gradually learn to extend the duration of your meditation practice. In this video, you will practice the first three basic mindfulness breathing techniques again with Master Niels. By becoming aware of your mind and body, you will learn what your mind and body need and therefore be able to choose the correct technique each time to deal with your thoughts and emotions and stay in the present moment. Remember to focus on your breath touching the inside of your nostrils during your inhalation and exhalation.
