It developed a small pinhole leak in the LP gas burner chamber. At the end of the video, I drill a hole into the old tank and expose the exact cause of the leak. A faulty spot weld made during construction. Disclaimer: Working with LP gas and electricity is dangerous. The following repair I describe should be performed by a qualified RV technician.
