You can also go sailing in Zell am See, go river rafting in Lofer or watch the downhill cyclists in their martial-looking outfits, to name just a few. Or just enjoy the privacy, space and incredible views in one of Europe’s most beautiful vacation homes: Julisam is extremely spacious: The property consists of two houses with a combined 1,800 square meters of floor space, with 10 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, which will afford you lots of privacy. If this layout would be too large for your group, please inquire if the main house alone is available on your desired travel days. Our service options are flexible, from self-catering to five-star service and everything in between. It comes with all the features and amenities of a true ultra-luxury vacation home: Explore our 15-meter pool, relax in our whirlpool or sauna, climb our indoor boulder wall, or watch your kids while they have fun in one of our three playgrounds. You can also enjoy the latest movie in our professionally equipped home theater or listen to our grand piano with a self-playing option in one of the living rooms.
