Half of the house is on the beach & half is on the water. Although this is my first time to come to Pilar but I felt that I've known it forever because of my Tatay's stories when we were kids. He left Pilar when he was in his early teens& came back 50+++ yrs later (2019). A lot of our relatives are still in Pilar. Happy to be here with my husband Patrick and Nel, Ed and Pax. Thanks be to God for the answered prayer.🙏 Day 1 - PASTURAN CLAN GRAND REUNION (1st) 📍Holy Mass 📍Parade around town 📍Lunch Get Together 📍Program 📍Meet and Greet 📍Coronation of Mr/Ms Pasturan My name Apple Lorraine came from my great grandmother's name Apolonia, the eldest daughter of my great-great grand parents Mariano & Agapita Pasturan. I'm always proud of my name and my heritage. Huge is an understatement of how big our family is. Kudos to all the organizers Lola TeacherFe Arenasa and @Auntie Esther Faith Batino and to my other relatives for putting an enourmous effort to make this happen. Learning about our history and heritage can help us understand how we became who we are. My kids are so blessed to know these while they are still young.
