A young boy finds himself in quite a predicament. One day, he wakes up on a train, meeting a strange, but friendly cat, and the next thing he knows, he's suddenly regarded as Mayor by the townsfolk of a sleepy village. But before his house could be built, a storm comes out of nowhere, leaving the boy, in his tent with little warmth other than the lantern that Isabelle gave him that afternoon. But lucky for him, Isabelle comes back, always willing to provide for those in need.
