KZN IEC official court case postponed to the 2nd of July

The case of an IEC official who has been charged with contravention of the Electoral Act has been postponed to the 2nd of July at the Pietermaritzburg Magistrates Court. Musawenkosi Mnikathi, an IEC area manager in uMsunduzi during the May 29 general elections made his first appearance yesterday. Mnikathi is accused of moving voting materials without a police escort.
