Hyperhidrosis Ka Ilaj kaise kiya jata hai? Sweating ki Treatment kya hai? | زیادہ پسینہ آنے کا علاج | Paseena Zyada Anay Ka Ilaj kaise kiya jata hai? Find out how to stop excessive sweating. In this Urdu / Hindi language video we discuss what is excessive sweating, including its different types and causes (zyada paseena ana ki waja), and the treatment for hyperhidrosis (zyada paseena ana ka ilaj). Watch this video till the end if you want to learn how to stop sweating. So what is hyperhidrosis (hyperhidrosis kya hota hai)? It is normal to sweat in hot weather, when exercising or when feeling anxious. Hyperhidrosis is when abnormally excessive sweating occurs which is not necessarily related to heat or exertion (paseena ziada ana). Individuals affected by hyperhidrosis sweat so much that the sweat soaks through their clothes or drips from their palms. This degree of heavy sweating can disrupt normal daily activities and it can become a source of social embarrassment and mental stress. There are three main types of Hyperhidrosis (paseena kyun ata hai). 1. Primary Focal hyperhidrosis: Here the excessive sweating is not caused by another medical condition, nor is it a side effect of medications. It tends to affect specific parts of the body, most commonly the hands, feet, and underarms. It usually affects both sides of the body. The excessive sweating begins in childhood or during adolescence. 2. Secondary Focal Hyperhidrosis: Here the heavy sweating is restricted to one specific area of the body only, usually on one side. There is an identifiable reason for excessive sweating in the affected part of the body e.g. sweating in one leg after nerve damage due to spinal injury. 3. Generalised Hyperhidrosis: Here the excessive sweating occurs in a more generalised way, affecting the entire body. It is caused by an underlying medical condition or a side effect of medication. A wide range of medical conditions can be responsible for generalised hyperhidrosis including: Anxiety disorders, Heart conditions, Hyperthyroidism, Infection and certain Cancers. Blood tests are often needed to investigate the underlying cause. So what is the treatment for excessive sweating (sweating ki treatment)? There are certain self-help measures you can take in order to stop excessive sweating (paseena zyada anay ka ilaj) such as: - Avoid any identifiable triggers such as eating spicy foods. - Regularly use antiperspirants, particularly those containing Aluminium chloride as they can help to reduce sweating. - Wearing loose clothes. - Avoid wearing colours on which sweat stains are easily visible. - Avoid wearing nylon clothes. - Change your socks at least twice a day. - Avoid wearing closed shoes. - Use absorbent sweat shields. If the above self-help measures are not sufficient to control excessive sweating then other hyperhidrosis treatment measures (hyperhidrosis ka ilaj) can be employed. It is advisable to consult with a dermatologist who will be able to discuss other options about how to stop excessive sweating, such as: Iontophoresis: This is particularly effective for treating hyperhidrosis of the hands and feet (paseena ziada ana ka ilaj). The affected part of the body is immersed in water and a low voltage electrical current is passed through the skin. Botox injection: This is often used for underarm sweating. It works by blocking the effect of nerves that control sweat glands and in this way it helps to reduce sweating. Propantheline bromide is a medication which is used for a specific type of sweating called gustatory sweating (sweating on the head, face and neck while eating, talking, or thinking about food). It works by blocking the chemical at the end of the nerves so it cannot work on the sweat glands. Surgery: A range of surgical procedures are available as excessive sweating treatment if all of the above measures fail. #sweating #hyperhidrosis #excessivesweating #sehatstudio
